Antonio Blanca Sánchez was part of the group of painters from Malaga (among which were Robles Muñoz, Fermín Durante, Barberán and Antonio Molero) who in the 80's opted for realism against the current of the abstract tendencies of the moment. Throughout his career as an artist he has exhibited his work in Brussels, Paris, London, New York, Miami, Chicago, Lisbon. In Malaga he was linked from the beginning to the Galeria Benedito.
