"La truffe noire" is a prestigious Belgian restaurant that opened its doors more than thirty years ago, in 1988. Its chef and founder, Luigi Ciciriello, offers a refined and inventive cuisine in which the truffle is the main ingredient.
As a tribute to the chef, the artist B. Jaberg, created a print run of fifty bronzes in which the truffle is also the protagonist.
