The author reflects with a wide and impastoed brushstroke a lively bar terrace. The large number of characters fill the canvas, although the painter does not strive to faithfully portray the bar patrons and passers-by, but prefers to capture the atmosphere, the street environment of the moment. The palette used is not excessive but the color work fills the fleeting scene with nuances.
