The lower part of the wood is domed.
It has damage and some signs of woodworm.
It needs to be restored.
Measurements: 220 x 43 x 20,5 cm.
Floor clock with architectural structure made of wood with beautiful grain, decorated with figurative scenes on the shaft inspired by classical antiquity. These scenes present in the inferior zone a landscape of costumbrista character, on him the figure of Venus is represented with an amorcillo. On the door that hides the pendulum a coat of arms can be appreciated, surely indicating who is the original owner of the piece, followed by a composition based on a Renaissance-inspired design with a mask and angels. The upper area that houses the clock case has a carved hinged door, which allows to see the bronze dial with Roman numerals in black for the hours and Arabic for the minutes.
