Mercury gilt bronze and Baccarat crystal.
In brand condition.
Preserves 19th century bezel.
Measurements: 30 x 16 x 10 cm; 36,5 x 27 x 22 cm (bezel).
Clock made of baccarat crystal with gilded bronze appliques. The piece belongs to the French Empire and has a round base with beveled ball feet in bronze. This area gives way to the central body of cylindrical format made of glass. Above the area a golden applique dominated by two hippogryphs in profile holds the watch case whose outer perimeter is surrounded by glass. The dial has Roman numerals in black on white base, with Breguet hands.
