Between 1974 and 1979 he completed his artistic studies at the San Carlos School of Fine Arts in Valencia. He was selected to represent Spain at the Cairo Biennial in 1990. His work has been shown in various group exhibitions in Spain, most notably in Valencia, as well as in the United States, Venezuela, Austria, Hungary, Italy, France, Mexico, Guatemala and Taiwan. His work was regularly shown at the ARCO contemporary art fair in Madrid until 2008, as well as in Portugal and Belgium.
