Imposing Art Deco chandelier from the 1930's manufactured by Loustre Coduré, goldsmith from Lyon. The structure of the chandelier is made of silver-plated bronze, with five markedly curved arms that converge on a central shaft embellished with spiral motifs. The lampshades, original of the period, are made of frosted glass and are signed by Schneider, a firm that rose to prominence in the world of decorative arts thanks to the creative frenzy, enthusiasm, talent and genius of a single man, Charles Schneider.
