Sideboard furniture made by the French firm Roche Bobois in wood and lacquered wood. It is decorated in its front with fine moldings of marked verticality that define the front drawers and that combine with the great monolithic blocks, black, that rise in the lateral ones. It is a design characterized by a great purity of lines, based on the shape of the regular rectangle, in which the contrast between the colors and qualities of the wood and the lacquered wood takes center stage.

Founded in 1950 by Jacques Roche, Roche Bobois focused from the beginning on the distribution of the best specialists of contemporary French furniture, strongly inspired by the Bauhaus, such as Minvielle, Steiner or Airborne, and also on the edition of the projects of famous designers such as Pierre Paulin or Marc Berthier. In the sixties it opened its catalog to Scandinavian design, and today it remains one of the most prominent international firms in the field of publishing and selective distribution of furniture.
