Marco Susani extended the Italian design culture to new fields such as interaction design and strategic design.
He is a partner at Koz Susani Design in Chicago, and a professor and researcher in Design Innovation at the UIC School of Design, University of Illinois at Chicago. He began his career with Italian design guru Ettore Sottsass, worked in Milan at Olivetti, Sottsass Associati and Domus Academy. He moved to the United States to create the Motorola Advanced Concept Group and later became Global Vice President of Digital Design at Motorola.
