Cartoonist and caricaturist, Sileno was a master of political drawing. During the first half of the 20th century his satirical drawings could be seen in "Heraldo de Aragón", "Heraldo de Madrid", "Informaciones" and "ABC", and he was co-founder in Madrid of "Gedeón", "Monigotes" and "Satiricón".
