Taittinger makes its brut millésimé only in the best vintages, obtaining a champagne with even greater finesse, persistence, smoothness and complexity. This outstanding champagne was produced in the cellars of the Abbey of Sain-Nicaise in Reims dating back to the 13th century. The greatest care is taken at every stage of the creation of Comtes de Champagne which is only produced when all the conditions, essential to its unique style, are satisfied: the vintage must be of exceptional quality and worthy of a vintage champagne.
