Presents on the base mark (characters) of the emperor Yongzheng.
Measurements: 35 cm (height) x 23 cm (diameter).

Chinese vase with belly and closed neck. With elegant blue polychrome of natural and vegetal motifs, such as birds of the time, typical symbolism during the sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. It is inspired by models from the time of Emperor Yongzheng (1722 - 1735). It is a period in which porcelain manufactures experience a remarkable development, gaining in refinement.

In China at the beginning of the 18th century, several technical advances in the manufacture of porcelain pieces were developed, which provided a myriad of decorative effects unprecedented until then. Specifically, it was during the Yongzheng period when the refinement of the manufacture of this coveted material experienced a boom. The pieces made during these scarce thirteen years are highly valued both for their small number and for their enormous technical quality.
