Bouvier Frères cavas, champagnes and wines are made in Switzerland, in a small microcosm of the Pays de Neuchâtel, placing authenticity at the heart of everything they do. They have an immeasurable passion for the Pinot Noir grape variety. However they also cultivate with meticulous care the Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling-Sylvaner, Gamaret, Garanoir and other grape varieties that we use for our blended wines: Viognier, Muscat, Bacchus, Siegerrebe. Pinot Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Mara, Rösler for the reds. This diversification is exciting and each variety requires a particular approach.
