Excellent Murcian brandy from Destilerías Bernal. For its elaboration "the best holandas of alquitaras have been selected, coming from the distillation of wines by traditional procedures that, wisely combined, give rise to this great brandy, which begins its aging process in American oak barrels.
After long years in which the brandy is racked from one barrel to another, following the Spanish system of soleras and criaderas, the excellent Brandy Constitución is obtained after more than 65 years in barrels", states Destilerías Bernal. Critics define it as a very intense mahogany-colored brandy, with iodized-yellow trim, showing a long permanence in wood.
On the nose the aroma is very elegant, with an incredible aromatic intensity of wood and raisined fruits. The palate is soft and round. Rich and persistent.
