Excellent Murcian brandy from Destilerías Bernal. For its production, “the best holandas de alquitaras have been selected, coming from the distillation of wines by traditional procedures that, wisely combined, give rise to this great brandy, which begins its aging process in American oak barrels.
After long years in which the brandy is transferred from one barrel to another, following the Spanish system of soleras and criaderas, the excellent Constitución Brandy is obtained with more than 65 years in barrels,” Destilerías Bernal asserts. Critics define it as a brandy with a very intense mahogany color, with yellow-iodine edges, showing a long stay in wood.
On the nose, the aroma is very elegant, with an incredible aromatic intensity of cared for wood and raisined fruits. In the mouth it is soft, round. Rich and persistent.
