Measurements: 10 x 6 cm.
Sealing wax seal stamped with the emblem of Napoleon III. President of France from 1848 to 1852 and then Emperor of the French from 1852 until his deposition in 1870. He was the first president, the second emperor and the last monarch of France.He was the first and only president of the Second French Republic, elected in 1848. He took power by force in 1851 when he could not be re-elected constitutionally.
