Painter trained at the School of Arts and Crafts of Valencia, throughout his career Juan Lluna has held numerous exhibitions of his work, both in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Pontevedra, Granada) and in London. He has also participated in various competitions, being awarded the first and second medals of the Municipal Library of Burjassot (Valencia), the Medal of Santa Isabel de Hungría in the Salón de Otoño and the Salón de Primavera in Seville.
