Inscription "Beyer" on the dial, in reference to the historic Swiss distributor Beyer Chronometrie. Sapphire crystal. Fluted crown at 3 o'clock. Manual winding mechanical movement signed by Patek Philippe. Python leather strap with original Patek Philippe buckle in 18k white gold. It works. Presented in its original Patek Philippe case.
