Joana Martos has dedicated more than thirty years to plastic artistic creation. In 2012 she began her Multimedia degree and came into contact with audiovisual art. During the following two years, she studies the part of the degree that includes graphic design, visual narrative, animation and programming. This knowledge awakened her interest to start in 2014 the higher studies of Art at the School of Art and Design of Vic in Barcelona. There she developed video art projects. In 2018 she presents her final project of studies at the Museu d'Art de la Pell de Vic under the name "Miradas de la India", a series of plastic works created after a trip to India and based on that experience. Until 2019 he carries out trainings related to art installations and videomapping. He creates the project "Sacred Geometry" in 2018, which is projected that same year for the first time in Vic. It is an interior videomapping in which an immersive experience is proposed for the viewer that merges meditative techniques with the special treatment of images and music to experiment with states of consciousness. During this journey he has collaborated in several audiovisual collective projects. In 2021 he published his first book Reset. Salida a despertar and in 2023 her second novel Clara is published. In 2024 he publishes his first illustrated album, entitled La llama y el cazador, based on an original story included in his book Reset. Exit to awaken. She continues with writing, illustration and painting. She has created and presented online courses in drawing, painting and portraiture. As she trained as a holistic therapist, she also regularly teaches workshops for personal development involving holistic therapies, visual and audiovisual arts.
