Falcó begins his studies in the academy of Estanislao Vilajosana, post-impressionist artist specialized in the landscape. He will complete his training at the Círculo Artístico de Manresa. He makes his individual debut in 1979, and at the beginning of the eighties his work evolves towards abstraction. In 1989 he had his first exhibition in Italy, where he spent some time painting. Falcó has held solo exhibitions in Spain, France, Italy, the United States, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, and in 2003 he attended the Osaka International Fair as a guest artist. He has also participated in major group exhibitions in Europe, the United States and Canada.
