Signed and inscribed "Bon Nadal" in the lower right corner. Signed and dated on the back.
Measurements: 148 x 170 cm; 157 x 180 cm (frame).
Armando Miravalls was formed in Barcelona, as a disciple of Ernesto Santasusagna and in the School of La Lonja. He was professor of coloring and professor at the School of Fine Arts of Sant Jordi in Barcelona. He participated in various group exhibitions and competitions, being awarded the City Council Prize in the Biennial "Sport in the Fine Arts", with first prize in the painting contest Villa de Palamos (1968) and in the Autumn Exhibition in Seville (1971). He is represented at the University of Barcelona, the Museum of Empordà and the Regional Museum of La Garrotxa, as well as in various private collections.
