Painter. His first exhibition took place in August 1959 during the Fiestas Patronales de La Blanca: in the old ballrooms of the Casino Artista Vitoriano. He showed a dozen works. The following year, around the same time and in the same place, he held his second individual exhibition. In addition to participating in the Alavese Art Competitions, he also sent his paintings to the National Painting Competition of the Cariñena City Council; he won second and third prizes in the 1958 and 1959 editions, respectively. In 1960 he was selected by "Educación y Descanso" to represent the province, meeting in Madrid with his colleagues who, like him, had been chosen to represent the other provincial delegations of Spain. However, his emergence began with the exhibition he held at the Salones de Cultura on Olaguíbel Street in 1964. From that date onwards, he would have the habit of holding at least one individual exhibition every year. These individual exhibitions are not limited exclusively to the local or provincial sphere, since he also manages to travel to different localities in the northern half of Spain.
