Antonio Jiménez was a man guided by intuition; in him, the mystery is something palpable, more present and authentic than in those who come from the formal and academic study. He is someone who knew the fragility of reason at the precise moment when colors begin to merge. There is something of alchemy in that mixture of ingredients and colors, in the exploration of flavors and tonalities.

Throughout his life, he has captured in his works an infinity of monsters, angels, tyrants, jungles, animals, dreams, ghosts, terrors and fragments of poetry. All of them are a reflection of himself, the baggage of his soul.
