SANTIAGO CANEDA (San Clodio, Lugo,1946-2014).

Measurements: 50 x 68cm; 54 x 72 cm (frame).
He graduated in painting at the School of Fine Arts Beato Angelico and the National School of Fine Arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón created in the late eighteenth century in Buenos Aires (Argentina). He also studied at the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes Ernesto de la Cárcova, founded in 1921 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he lived most of his life, where he painted and exhibited. He returned to Spain at the end of the 80's, and continues to paint here, in his studio in La Coruña. He has dedicated more than forty years to painting, since his studies at the Beato Angelico School of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has had exhibitions in Buenos Aires (Argentina), La Coruña, Ferrol, Santiago de Compostela, Lugo and Madrid. His work can be found in different museums and public and private entities in Argentina, in the Diputación de La Coruña, in Spain, and in several private collections in Argentina, Costa Rica, Spain, USA, Puerto Rico, Belgium, China and France.
