This feminine portrait realized by Roch-Collon has been resolved in a realistic language, with good handling of the tones as it can be appreciated in the expression of the chromatic qualities, in laces and flesh tones. The clothes worn by the lady follow the tradition of nineteenth-century fashion (the manila shawl or the high-waisted skirt are examples of this), although the hairstyle and the Art Deco earrings denote the modernity of the 1920s, the decade in which the work was made.
