RICARDO MANZANET Y MILLÁN, (Valencia, 1852 - 1931).

Measurements: 25 x 33 cm; 62 x 70 cm (frame).
Outstanding landscape and flower painter, Manzanet is formed in the School of Fine Arts of San Carlos, in his native city, Valencia, to later complete his studies in Barcelona, in the School of Sant Jordi. Specializing in landscape painting, he also cultivated the portrait genre. He held several exhibitions and participated in artistic contests and competitions such as the Fine Arts Exhibition of Barcelona in 1888 or the National Exhibition of Madrid, in one of whose editions he was awarded the third medal.
