This triptych follows models of the first Renaissance in Italy, still indebted to elements of the international Gothic. In the central panel, the Virgin and Child enthroned in an open interior, while the side panels are presided over by different saints and biblical scenes. In the upper part appears the scene of the Descent of Christ and at the foot of the set, The Annunciation. The figures present stylized canons, outlining the contours with a precise drawing that harmonizes with a palette rich in pure pigments based on reds, golds and blues, imitating the sgraffito and fine gold estofado, looking for a preciousness that emulates the art of the miniatures. Arches, carved in the wood, frame the upper part of each panel.
