Not Banksy is a contemporary artist from the United Kingdom. He started as a graffiti artist in the 1980s and was designated a villain by local authorities and law enforcement. He then began working at civic music festivals hired to do murals and creative talent. After traveling for years and making art, in 2007 he formalized the name "Not Banksy" and continues to produce work that is now purchased by those who once considered him a villain. It is quality Art and fun to look at. He is not Banksy, but he shares the same name and similar spirit.
