Enrico Baj was an artist and art writer whose works stand out, mainly, for an obsession with nuclear war, and for a frequent use of collage. Close to Surrealism and Dada, he was also associated with CoBrA and collaborated with Umberto Eco, Duchamp, Man Ray, etc. His work has been exhibited in cities around the world (New York, Los Angeles, etc.), and is preserved in prominent private collections and institutions such as the Kemper Art Museum in Washington D.C., The Israel Museum (Jerusalem), etc.
