Compact television of the American firm Admiral, with bakelite structure, small screen, three valves and speaker located in the front, with a grid of original geometric design, based on inscribed and linked squares. The electronic devices firm Admiral was founded in Chicago in 1934, and was initially dedicated to the manufacture of radios and phonographs. It was a supplier to the U.S. Army during World War II, and soon became one of the most important manufacturers of televisions.
