This friction biker is a vintage tinplate toy. It represents a motorcyclist on his blue motorcycle. Manufactured by the Spanish house Payà in the 1950s.
The Payá Hermanos company was an iconic Spanish firm founded in Ibi, Alicante, in the late 19th century. This company was one of the leading manufacturers of tinplate toys in Europe, famous for its handcrafted cars, trains, dolls and automatons that marked the childhood of many generations.
