Pedro Delgado (Segovia, 1960), known as Perico Delgado, is a Spanish professional cyclist and climber, who was a professional between 1982 and 1994. He won the Tour de France in 1988 and the Vuelta a España in 1985 and 1989, winning 49 victories, including 9 stage victories in Grand Tours.

He began his career with the Reynolds team, standing out in his early years. In 1985, with Seat-Orbea, he achieved his first major victory in the Vuelta a España. In 1988, he became the third Spaniard to win the Tour de France, although he was involved in a controversy due to an alleged positive test, which was never confirmed.

In the Vuelta a España, in addition to his victories, he was 2nd in 1989 and 4th in 1990. In the Tour de France, he was 2nd in 1987 and 1990 and 3rd in 1989. After his retirement in 1994, he devoted himself to cycling commentary in the media and received the Grand Cross of the Royal Order of Sporting Merit in 2002.
