Luis Manuel Ferri Llopis, known artistically as Nino Bravo, was a Spanish singer born on August 3, 1944 in Ayelo de Malferit (Valencia) and died tragically on April 16, 1973 at the age of 28 in a traffic accident. Despite his short career, he is considered one of the great exponents of Spanish pop music of the 60s and 70s, with great hits such as Un beso y una flor, Te quiero, te quiero, Libre and Noelia.

He began his career in groups such as Los Hispánicos and Los Superson, and achieved fame in 1969 with the song Te quiero, te quiero. His music, with a romantic and pop style, was very popular both in Spain and Latin America. During his career he participated in international festivals and toured extensively. His last album, Libre, was released in 1972 and consolidated his success in Latin America.

In April 1973, Nino Bravo suffered an accident while traveling to Madrid, which put an end to his career. After his death, his musical legacy endured with posthumous albums and tributes, and his influence continues to live on in Spanish-language music. In 2006, a museum was inaugurated in his honor in his hometown.

Nino Bravo is still remembered as one of the great artists of Spanish pop music, with a repertoire that has transcended generations.
