Pair of table lamps of three lights made in gilded and silvered bronze. Both have the same plant-inspired design. This set follows aesthetic models popularized by the prestigious house Maison Charles, which has been adapting to the tastes of each era during the last century, is characterized by the elegance of the finishes, which often works with polished bronzes or nickel-plated metals to play with iridescent reflections. Maison Charles was formed by designers of the stature of Jacques Charles and Chrystiane Charles. Both made the Maison a reference in the field of industrial design. Their creations are distinguished by neoclassical-inspired elegance, functionality and sobriety. The Charles have won numerous awards for their designs. Jacques was awarded the Compasso d'Oro in 1989. He is also a member of the advisory committee of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris and the Comité Colbert, which brings together the leading French luxury houses.
