Walnut root veneered wood.

Rococo style display cabinet or bookcase. It follows Louis XV models. It consists of an upper body with two glazed doors and a lower section with two small drawers on top of two long drawers. The lower body undulates, acquiring the bombé silhouette characteristic of the Louis XV period. The top is highlighted by an arched and trimmed cornice molding on which several floral bouquets have been carved. The curve dominates the entire piece of furniture, which rises on solid ball and claw feet. The gilded handles and keyholes are embossed with foliate motifs.
