Mudejar double-leaf door, XVI-XVII centuries.

It presents marks of use and faults.

Double leaf door from the late Baroque period. It consists of eight carved panels with moldings that draw designs in the form of attractive stars. The same motif is repeated in each panel, so that the whole is harmonious, rhythmic and orderly. The geometric pattern alludes to the representations of Hispano-Muslim inspiration that were of great interest until well into the 17th century, especially in the Spanish territories where the work of Moorish artisans survived, such as the kingdoms of Granada and Aragon.
