French pedestal in Louis XVI style, second half of the nineteenth century.
White marble, with bronze applications.
Measurements: 106 x 30 x 30 cm.

Louis XVI style pedestal, with the shaft in white marble mounted on a bronze base chiseled with vegetal fretwork and strings of ovals separated by moldings. Foliage worked in relief borders the bronze tulip in which the shaft is set, and the same foliate motif is repeated with variations in the upper part, which has been decorated with large chiseled acanthus leaves. The top of the pedestal is of marbled marble.
