Gilded carved wood and silk upholstery.
They present faults and restorations.

Set consisting of two armchairs and a three-seater, all of them with carved and gilded wood core, lined with damask silk fabric. Aesthetically they follow the Louis XV style, characterized by the successful ornamentation throughout. Thus, we see cabriole legs, molded profiles (especially at the waist and the top) and sinuous curved forms typical of Louis XV furniture. In this case it is worth mentioning the upholstery that follows the typical aesthetic patterns of the Louis XVI style.The Louis XV style corresponds to the French courtly Rococo, the main style during this century. However, the usual movement of these examples is softened as an influence of works already in the Neoclassical style of the nineteenth century.
