Franco-Flemish scrivener's office of the seventeenth century.

French-Flemish travel desk. When closed it is compacted in the form of a rectangular box, with inlaid bone fillet decoration, which form rectangles that structure the design of the chest in a geometric way. It is embellished with red tortoiseshell plates. When opened, its interior reverts to a writing desk that follows the same decorative pattern, with drawers and interior secrets.
