Pierre Louis was a French writer and poet.

Pau Roig was a painter, illustrator and engraver. In 1894 he enrolled in the School of Fine Arts of Barcelona and trained with the painter Francesc Torrescassana. In 1896 he participated in the Fine Arts Exhibition in Barcelona and the following year, as a member of the Cercle Artístic de Sant Lluc, he exhibited at the Sala Pares in Barcelona. In 1899 he received a prize from the magazine La Esquella de la Torratxa, for the design of a cover for its almanac. He collaborated in other illustrated magazines of the time, such as Hispania or La Ilustración Artística. In 1922 and 1923 he participated in Barcelona in a collective of the group Les Arts i els Artistes. Between 1923 and 1932 he cultivated etching, which he learned from the engraver Luc-Albert Moreau, on themes of the Barcelona region of Maresme and Normandy. In 1934 and 1935 he participated in the Barcelona Spring exhibitions and in 1942 he exhibited landscapes of the Maresme at the Argos Gallery.
