Round sculpture representing the bust of a typically nineteenth-century woman of delicate beauty and gentle and dreamy gesture. Her curly horse is covered by a humble hat and her dress is embellished with a frontal bow. The author has played with the qualities of the material, using various shades, which defend the elements of the sculpture. Regarding the technical and formal aspects, the sculptor demonstrates a great mastery of the craft, a virtuosity especially evident in details such as the hair, with softly trepanned curls. However, where the author's personality shines the brightest -and, at the same time, departs from the classical model- is in the work of textures and qualities, subtly and masterfully achieved.
