Manuel Rodríguez Vázquez was born in the mansion of the Corell-Ayora family, where his father was a gardener. He spent his childhood there, and in his gardens he began to develop his love for art, drawing the beauty of nature and modeling the clay of the countryside. His first formative contacts began at the School of Arts and Crafts, achieving all the prizes. His sculptural activity begins in Valencia, making commissioned works, which he alternates with free sculptures and busts of the people of the show, so he begins to be known as "The sculptor of the Artists". He obtained numerous awards and mentions throughout his professional career and his works are found in large public and private collections nationwide.
