"Bust of a young man.
Terracotta.
Signed "Alexandre" on the right side. Wooden base with some flaws.
Measurements: 16 x 10 x 14 cm (sculpture); 5,5 x 11 x 11 cm (base).
The artist of this sculpture works with a great technical mastery of noucentista heritage. His is a direct and anti-rhetorical sculpture, based on a serene and essential vision of reality. His style can be defined as a reencounter with the source of classicism, of which he never copies the consequences.
