Couple of sculptures carved in wood of devotional theme. We recognize Francisca de la Encarnación by the Trinitarian habit. She was a nun executed by militiamen of the Republican side during the Spanish Civil War. She was beatified on October 28, 2007 in Rome, becoming the first Trinitarian nun to obtain this title. Currently her incorrupt body can be observed, but protected with a wax cover, in the Monastery of the Holy Trinity in the city of Martos. As for Saint Lucia, she appears here devoid of her most emblematic iconographic element, the eyes that, according to the legend, were torn out and that in the representations are usually shown on a tray. It is probable that this iconographic motif was originally included.
