Alessandro Piano began collecting toys when his daughter was born, and reworking them with the intention of making them iconic and unique. On the one hand, his sculptures are a generational wink to those who, like him, were born in the seventies. On the other hand, they seek to establish an intergenerational dialogue. References to Fernández Arman and Piero Gilardi are evident, as well as the influence of Fluxus art and the discovery of the versatility of resin.
