Set of nine sconces or wall lamps designed and produced by the firm Hustadt Leuchten in the sixties. They take square or rhomboidal shapes with which you can play by combining them in various configurations. The ceramic, in reddish and ochre tones, darkens in the highlight of the subtly undulating profile, showing an attractive handcrafted finish.
Hustadt Leuchten was a German company founded in 1962, renowned for the production of high-quality luminaires. Its principal designer was Klaus Hempel, although other designers such as Franz Hustadt also collaborated. The company specialized in the creation of lighting for hotels and small pieces of furniture, standing out for its innovative and handcrafted designs. Notable products include floor and table lamps from the 1960s and 1980s, such as the V 2614/01 floor lamp and the red glass mushroom table lamp. Hustadt Leuchten ceased operations in 2014. Hustadt Leuchten's creations, especially those from the 1960s and 1970s, are prized by collectors and vintage design enthusiasts, reflecting trends of the time, such as "fat lava" style and space-age design.
