Captivating iron fireplace, made by the firm MBM Arquitectes (Josep Maria Martorell i Codina, Oriol Bohigas i Guardiola, and David Mackay). Its design is distinguished by its combination of geometric shapes and slanted angles, forming limpid sections and clean lines. Its black color underlines its solid and imposing appearance. The fireplace, with its sculptural and minimalist character, is ideal for placement in the corner of a room thanks to its ninety-degree construction.

Founded in Barcelona in 1951 by Josep Martorell and Oriol Bohigas, MBM Arquitectes later added David Mackay to the team. In 2002, the team was expanded with the addition of young architects Oriol Capdevila and Francesc Gual. Famous, among other things, for its contributions to Barcelona's post-war architectural scene, MBM Arquitectes has left an indelible mark on the urban landscape. The current chimney, like the building from which it originates, is designed by the Spanish firm.
