Armchair upholstered in pearl gray leather, made by the French firm Roche Bobois. It is a compact volume, with rectangular armrests that flank the padded seat, rising from the floor on stainless steel brackets. These, placed on a slant, describe a diagonal line that dialogues with the volumetric structure of the whole. It is a design inspired by the Bauhaus, classic and modern at the same time, comfortable and elegant, which has been an unmistakable hallmark of the firm.

Roche Bobois is a world leader in furniture design and distribution. In close collaboration with renowned designers such as Marcel Wanders, Kenzo Takada, Ora Ito, Cédric Ragot, Sacha Lakic, Christophe Delcourt and Stephen Burks and with Haute Couture fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Missoni Home and Christian Lacroix Maison, Roche Bobois offers a wide range of exclusive bespoke designs, manufactured with a high level of customization in small European workshops. Founded in 1950 by Jacques Roche, Roche Bobois focused from the beginning on the distribution of the best French contemporary furniture specialists, such as Minvielle, Steiner or Airborne, and also on the edition of projects by famous designers such as Pierre Paulin or Marc Berthier. In the sixties it opened its catalog to Scandinavian design, and today it remains one of the most prominent international firms in the field of publishing and selective distribution of furniture.
