A humorous cartoonist, sculptor, designer, poster artist and advertising illustrator, Ramón Miró worked assiduously from 1883 with the Barcelona publisher Antoni López, for whom he illustrated publications such as "L'Esquella de la Torratxa" or "La Campana de Gràcia", where he often signed with the pseudonym "Tulp".
