Spanish lithographer and draftsman, Ramón Riera Moliner was a member of the group of artists who met in El Rovell de l'Ou, among whom were the painters Pere Ysern, Mariano Pidelaserra, Josep-Víctor Solà and the brothers Ramón and Julio Borrell, as well as the sculptor Emili Fontbona and the draftsmen Cayetano Cornet, Filibert Montagut and Joan Comellas Viñals, most of them students of the Borrell Academy. The group published a handwritten magazine entitled Il Tiberio (1896-1898). He participated in several Fine Arts Exhibitions in Barcelona between 1894 and 1898. As a draftsman, he collaborated with the magazine L'Esquella de la Torratxa (1895-1903).
